Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. Products sent back between 15 and 30 days after the delivery date will be issued store credit.
Your product must be returned new, unused with all garment tags still attached. Handle with care to avoid stains from makeup, deodorant, or fragrance. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received with these specified conditions.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

All sale items are final sale. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any sale items.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care team at info@sweetenforme.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
